What image files do I get from an order?

Each order of digital custom pet art will include JPG and PDF image files with below sizes:

  • 1:1 suitable for printing 300 x 300 mm
  • 2:3 suitable for printing 200 x 300 mm
  • 3:4 suitable for printing 225 x 300 mm
  • 4:5 suitable for printing 240 x 300 mm
  • A4 suitable for printing 210 x 297 mm

A complimentary PNG file with a transparent background is included for you to print on any apparels easily.

What makes a good photo?

Photo Best Practice:
1. Use a high-quality image showing clearly your pet's face
2. Make sure the photo is taken in natural daylight
3. Make sure your pet is facing forward and looking at the camera
4. Make sure the photo reflects how you want the portrait to look
5. Please avoid filtered images

How many pets can I have in one portrait?

You can have a maximum of three pets per portrait.
